What’s that?

Wrocław URBANCARD is a multipurpose card, on which you can encode public transportation tickets (for buses and trams).

How to get it? 

1) In order to get your Wrocław URBANCARD you need to submit your personal application.

The filled form you have to submit to the Customer Service Centre or Customer Service Points (the nearest one to the University is BZ WBK Bank at pl. Grunwaldzki 12-14) branch (open Mon-Fri: 10.00 – 18.00). Full list of Customer Service Points here: WEBSITE 

In the case of applying for a personal card a current 2.5 x 3 cm photograph must be enclosed and a valid identity document has to be shown.

2) You can do it also via www.urbancard.pl

ATTENTION! When applying via Internet, a personal confirmation (by showing valid identity document and signing a form) in Customer Service Centre is required.

The card may only be collected in person at the Customer Service Centre or Customer Service Desks after 5 working days from the application submission date.

3) You can transform your Electronic Student Card (Student's ID) into UrbanCard.

How to encode a ticket on a card?

In order to encode a ticket on your card you need to give your URBANCARD to the sales assistant who encodes tickets at the sales point or put it into a card slot in a ticket vending machine, and then select the type of ticket you wish to encode on your card and pay for the ticket in cash or by credit/debit card.
